The Legal Stuff
Please ensure you have read, understood, and accept our company policies before ordering. We look forward to working with you.
Veriprint3d Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Veriprint3d! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. General
1.1 Veriprint3d provides custom 3D design and 3D printing services tailored to your specifications.
1.2 All products are made-to-order and based on the design files or specifications provided by you, the customer.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use and share any design files or intellectual property provided to Veriprint3d.

2. Orders and Payments
2.1 All orders must be submitted through the Veriprint3d website.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payment methods accepted include credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
2.3 Cancellations: Once payment has been received and production has started, cancellations are not permitted for custom-made products, as these are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under Section 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.4 Invoices and receipts will be provided electronically to support our commitment to sustainability and reducing paper waste.

3. Design Files and Approval
3.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete design files. Veriprint3d is not liable for errors in the final product caused by inaccurate or incomplete files provided by the customer.
3.2 Customers must ensure that any design files submitted do not infringe on intellectual property rights. Designs sourced from platforms such as Thingiverse or similar must comply with the licensing terms specified by the original creator.
3.3 Veriprint3d requires customers to submit editable design files, such as .f3d files, whenever possible. While acceptable, .STL files are not easily edited and may not sufficiently prove ownership of the design. This measure helps ensure that the design is the original property of the customer and not sourced without proper authorization from external platforms.
3.4 Veriprint3d will review the provided files for feasibility and may suggest modifications to ensure printability. Final approval must be given by the customer before production begins.
3.5 Customers warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and submit any design files provided.

4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Production timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4.2 Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Veriprint3d is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4.3 All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details.
4.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs are print-ready. If a design fails to print due to issues in the customer's provided files, Veriprint3d reserves the right to charge for wasted materials and time incurred. Veriprint3d offers a design review and improvement service at a chargeable rate. If the customer chooses not to use this service and the design fails, Veriprint3d will not be held responsible for the failure.

5. Refunds and Returns
5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
5.2 Refunds will only be issued in cases where Veriprint3d is unable to fulfil an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 If the product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
5.4 Claims regarding product quality must be substantiated with clear evidence. Veriprint3d reserves the right to deny claims if the product meets the agreed-upon specifications.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Customers must ensure that the designs they submit comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
6.2 Veriprint3d reserves the right to refuse orders containing prohibited, offensive, or illegal content. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
• Weapon parts or components.
• Items that are illegal to produce under applicable laws.
• Items designed to promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
• Items violating intellectual property laws or trademarks.
6.3 By submitting a design, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Veriprint3d harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from intellectual property disputes related to the submitted design.

7. Liability
7.1 Veriprint3d is not responsible for the end use of its products. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring the products meet their specific needs and safety requirements.
7.2 Veriprint3d’s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the order itself.

8.2 Customers agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
